Enjoy less stress and more joy … every moment

Learning to live in the moment is a journey that reveals life’s greatest lesson — to receive everything as an invitation to know your true self

A decade ago, I arrived at a crossroads …

I found myself at a “Now What?” moment, feeling unmoored from the life I had built.

The roles I had crafted within my family and community, the daily rhythms I had relied on, even the version of myself I thought I knew no longer felt true to me. And yet I didn’t even know who my true self was, let alone what I truly wanted.

I had spent years following paths that once made sense, doing what was expected. But I had awakened to a startling truth: I had been living by default, rather than from something deep. I ached for more … but what? Now what?!

So I went searching—near and far—longing for something that would show me the way forward. But the deeper I went, the clearer it became: I wasn’t on a journey of seeking. I was on a journey of remembering.

And then, something shifted. I wasn’t lost. I was returning to my Self.

That shift changed everything. I began to see that true presence—no matter what’s going on around you—is about being deeply rooted in who you are. It’s about reclaiming the wisdom that has always been within you, in a world that constantly tries to pull you away from it.

For years now, I have held space for such transformation—within myself and for others. I’ve listened, guided, and witnessed the ways in which we, especially as women, are being called into something greater, to rise into what is most needed now … our wisdom.

This is my life’s work: to create spaces for reclamation, integration, and activation—portals where we can return to ourselves and reclaim the truth of who we are. Because a better future isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we create. And now is the time!
